Ingredients
  Shrimp 250 Gram
  Coconut 3 Tablespoon
  Sooji 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Garlic ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder/Dhaniya 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1⁄4
  Turmeric powder 3 Pinch
  Chilly To Taste
Directions

De- tail & wash shrimp well.

Add ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, coconut powder, turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder, egg & mix well.

Add sooji/rava. Mix well until it coats the shrimp properly.

Deep fry shrimp until golden brown. Place on absorbent sheet/Paper Towel.

Serve as a snack or side dish.

This sounds so good, wonder if there is a way to bake them? I am trying ot to eat any deep fried things 99% of the time, but these look and sound yummy!

Yeah..I agree that deep fried stuff is not a very healthy option but its ok to 'indulge' sometimes. And am not sure if you can bake & get the same taste & texture.
