Rainbow Bomb Ice Cream
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄4 Gallon (Half Small Brick)|
|Strawberry ice cream||1⁄4 Gallon (Half Small Brick)|
|Chocolate ice cream||1⁄4 Gallon (Half Small Brick)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a clean jelly mould, spoon out vanilla ice cream.
Now put the chocolate ice cream over the vanilla ice cream.
Finally put the strawberry ice cream.
Freeze for 2-3 hours.
Beat cream with essence & sugar till soft peaks are formed.
Keep the whipped cream in an icing gun in the refrigerator.
At the time of serving, loosen the sides of the ice cream with a knife.
Invert on to a plate.
Rub the bottom of the mould with a cloth.
Give a gentle jerk to unmould the ice cream.
Immediately decorate with whipped cream kept in the refrigerator in the icing gun.
Arrange glace cherries.
Cut in wedges to serve.
