Perfect Fluffy Basmati Rice is a quick and simple dish of Basmati Rice. The Basmati Rice gives an amazing aroma on cooking. Tastes best when served hot with the lentils or dal and tandoori chicken or some vegetables. Try out this wonderful Perfect Fluffy Basmati Rice dish and enjoy!
  Basmati rice 250 Gram (1 Mug)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Needed)
  Salt 1 Pinch

1) In a pan, add the rice and cover with water, almost 2 inches above the rice.
2) Add a pinch of salt, and allow the rice to boil for about 20 minutes.
3) Drain the rice in a collander and rinse the rice in the cold running water and leave to drain for about 4 minutes.
4) Transfer the rice into a serving bowl and place in a microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
