Zingy Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken is a spicy delicious chicken dish with a scrumptious taste. All the flavours are nicely blended into the chicken and grilled. The vegetable garnish and the lemon adds a wonderful zing to the dish. Try out the Tandoori Chicken and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Tandoori masala 3 Tablespoon
  Tandoori paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken pieces 4
  Yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Red food coloring 1 Teaspoon
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1
Directions

1) Skin and score the chicken and keep aside.
2) In a bowl add the yogurt, tandoori masala, tandoori paste, 2 mugs water and mix with a whisk to combine.
3) Mix the food colouring, add the chicken and stir and refrigerate overnight.
4) Remove on a non-stick dish, drizzle the oil and place under a grill at Degree 220 C for 20 minutes.
5) Turn over and place in the grill at Degree 220 C for 25 minutes.
6) In a pan, saute the peppers, onion and tomatoes in the oil for a few minutes until softened and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with the sqeezed lemon and serve.
