Kashmiri Rogan Josh is lovely in taste. Kashmiri Rogan Josh gets its taste from lamb meat mixed with species and curd. Kashmiri Rogan Josh is inspired by many food joints across the globe.
  Lamb meat 1 Kilogram
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Shahjeera 7 Teaspoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Cayenne pepper powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 2
  Cardamoms 6
  Cloves 6
  Bay leaf 1
  Saffron 1 Teaspoon
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 200 Gram
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste

Grind all the spices to a find paste.
Soak saffron in the curd.
Heat ghee and add the asafetida and fry till well browned on all sides.
Pour in the curd and fry until dry.
Add a glassful of water and the spices.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender.
Remove cover and cook until the liquid is totally evaporated.
