Ingredients

  Sugar 500 Gram
  Water 1⁄2 Liter
  Lal mirch 2 Tablespoon
  Khoya kheer 100 Gram
  Green cardamom 2
  Yellow color 1
Directions

First, peel off the skin of the potol and with the help of a spoon, take out the seeds from within.
Once that is done, the potols should be steamed, so that they become soft.
Next, take the khowa, michri, cardamom powder and colour and mix well.
The mixture then has to be filled into the potols.
The syrup has to be prepared, mixing the sugar with the water.
As the syrup starts boiling, add in the filled potols to it.
Then wait for the mixture to cool.
Wrap the potols in the silver foils before serving.
