This Bombay banana salad was as good as the similar banana sandwich I served at dinner. And there was literally none who did not like this Bombay banana salad of mine. Your family will love you!
Ingredients
  Oranges 2 (Dole Brand)
  Firm bananas 2 , peeled and sliced (Dole Brand)
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dole Brand)
  Whole almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted (Dole Brand)
  Banana 1 , peeled (Dole Brand)
  Pitted dates 12 , halved (Dole Brand)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar/Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grate peel from 1 orange; reserve peel for dressing.
Peel and slice oranges.
In bowl, toss salad ingredients with Dressing.
For Dressing, place all Dressing ingredients in blender container or food processor.
Process until smooth.
Stir in reserved grated orange peel.
