Chapati With Corn Flour
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix whole wheat flour, corn flour and salt together.
Add water gradually, adding just enough to keep dough from sticking to hands (about 1 cup).
Divide into 8 portions and roll out each portion as thin as possible, with a rolling pin.
Toast over medium high heat in a dry cast iron skillet about 30 seconds on each side, or until lightly toasted and cooked through.
