Pakku ! Aha ! I love this simply irresitib le mutton curry with rice or the more regional selroti ! I strongly recommend this Pakku. Take my advice for a great meat treat and let me know if you find my choice right for you !
Ingredients
  Mutton 1 Kilogram
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon (For Marinating Paste)
  Dry coriander 2 Teaspoon (For Marinating Paste)
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon (For Marinating Paste)
  Cloves 6 (For Marinating Paste)
  Garlic flakes 8 Gram (For Marinating Paste)
  Chopped onion 1 Large (For Marinating Paste)
  Cardamom 6 Small (For Marinating Paste)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Inch (For Marinating Paste)
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Marinating Paste)
  Hing 1 Pinch (For Marinating Paste)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon (For Marinating Paste)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (For Marinating Paste)
Directions

Marinate the cleaned mutton pieces with salt, turmeric powder and paste of all the ingredients mentioned above and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Heat edible oil in a pan, add the marinated meat and cook for an hour in low heat.
Add some water if needed.
