This Egyptian Raita is fabulous. I love to eat it with my flavored rice dishes. Try out this Egyptian Raita yourself and tell me if you like it !
|Plain raita||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger||1 , chopped|
|Coriander leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Mint leaves||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Cumin seed powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green chilies||2 , chopped|
|Mustard powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||To Taste|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped|
Mix all the ingredients well.
Decorate with lines of chilli powder crossing each other to form squares.
