Pakistani Aloo Ghost

This Asian recipe for meat is cooked with some nice flavors or spices and potaotes. It is a good recipe to learn.
Ingredients
  Mutton/Lamb 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Haldi/Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Potato 1 , peeled and cut
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garam masala powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil and add garam masala, onions. Let it fry for sometime.
When onion is brown at the edges add spices and stir.
Add ginger-garlic paste, add some water.
Add meat and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes and some water.
Cook it covered until meat is soft and tender.
Add tomatoes and mix it in the gravy.
when tomatoes are soft add potatoes.
Cover the pan until the potatoes are cooked.
When potatoes are cooked add garam masala. Mix it in the gravy nicely.
The aaloo gosht is ready.
