Papaya Murgh Masala
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Sour curds||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Cut the chicken into seven pieces.
Mix the ghee, spices, curds and salt and rub into the chicken.
Set aside to marinate for two hours.
Bake the chicken in a moderately hot oven for half an hour.
Turn the pieces of chicken, lower the heat and bake for fifteen minutes or till chicken becomes tender.
