Lady's Finger Thoran is easy to make a vegetable recipe. Lady's Finger Thoran gets its taste from lady's finger mixed with pepper powder and flavored with mustard seeds. Lady's Finger Thoran is inspired by many food joints.
Ingredients
  Pepper powder 1 Pinch
  Ladys finger 5
  Green chili 2
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut lady's finger into two pieces.
Then slit them in the middle.
Take oil in a pan and heat it.
Crackle the mustard seeds.
Then put in onion, green chillies and lady's finger.
Sprinkle a little salt.
Blend thoroughly.
Cover with a lid.
Keep stirring after every 3 minutes.
Make sure that you don't add any water.
As soon as the onion becomes brown and the lady's finger shrivels up, sprinkle pepper powder.
