Lady's Finger Thoran
|Pepper powder||1 Pinch|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut lady's finger into two pieces.
Then slit them in the middle.
Take oil in a pan and heat it.
Crackle the mustard seeds.
Then put in onion, green chillies and lady's finger.
Sprinkle a little salt.
Cover with a lid.
Keep stirring after every 3 minutes.
Make sure that you don't add any water.
As soon as the onion becomes brown and the lady's finger shrivels up, sprinkle pepper powder.
