Paneer Thalfrezi has a great taste. Paneer Thalfrezi gets its taste from cheese mixed with vegetables and lemon juice. Paneer Thalfrezi is cherished by many vegetarian food lovers.
  Cottage cheese 200 Gram
  Onion 1
  Capsicum 1
  Tomato 1
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon

In a pan, heat oil and add the cumin seeds When it splutters, add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
Put in the diced onion and capsicum and toss briefly.
Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
Put in the cottage cheese cubes, coriander, lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally add the diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
