Paneer Kolhapuri

Ingredients
  Paneer 200 Gram, cut into 8 big pieces
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Garlic flakes 3
  Peppercorns 2
  Cloves 2
  Green cardamom seeds 2
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Inch
  Fennel 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gram flour 4 Tablespoon
  Thick curd 2 Tablespoon
  Dry fenugreek leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped green coriander 1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carom seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind together ginger, garlic along with all the other ingredients to a fine paste.
Use a little water if required.
Mix the ground paste with the paneer and cover with a cling film.
Keep aside in the refrigerator till the time of serving.
At the time of serving, heat oil in a kadhai.
Sprinkle the coating ingredients on the paneer and mix well to coat.
Add more besan if the paste does not stick to the paneer nicely.
Deep fry 2-3 pieces at a time till golden colour.
