Phul Gobi With Peppers
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Cauliflower||1 , broken into florets|
|Green chilies||2 , seeded|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and cut into strips|
|Yellow pepper||1 , seeded and cut into strips|
|Red pepper||1 , seeded and cut into strips|
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and fry until soft.
Add the turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cauliflower and salt to taste, stir well, cover and cook gently for about 10 minutes until the cauliflower is almost cooked.
Add the chillies and peppers, stir and cook for a further 5 minutes until tender.
