Mughlai Parantha is easy to make parantha recipe. Mughlai Parantha gets its taste from paneer mixed with eggs stuffing. Mughlai Parantha is loved by vegetarian food lovers.
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Paneer 50 Gram
  Onion 1
  Green chilly 1
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Dough 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use To Knead Dough)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Used For Frying)
  Salt To Taste

Add water to flour and make a hard dough.
In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients.
Roll out 4 large rotis.
Place it on the already hot tawa.
Cook lightly from both the sides.
Now pour 4 tbsp of the egg mixture on one side of the parantha and fold.
Cook like a parantha with oil.
