Beef Mulligatawny Soup
|Minced beef||225 Gram|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Carrot||1 , finely chopped|
|Cooking apple||1 , chopped|
|Beef stock||1 Liter|
|Long grain rice||15 Gram (Easy Cook Variety)|
|Lemon juice||20 Milliliter|
Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the meat, onion, carrot and apple gently.
Stir in the curry powder and flour and slowly add the stock and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and add the rice, chutney and lemon juice.
Transfer to the Slo cooker and cook for recommended time.
Stir in the cream just before serving.
