|Potatoes||750 Gram, cubed|

|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and fry until they pop.
Reduce the heat and carefully add the remaining ingredients except the water and toss to mix well.
Add the water gradually, stirring carefully, increase the heat slightly, then cover and cook until the potatoes are just tender.
Before serving lift out a few pieces of potato and mash them.
Return the mashed potatoes to the pan and stir thoroughly to thicken the sauce.
