Okra And Tomatoes
|Okra||3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced crosswise|
|Butter buds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Hot sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Corn||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
1. Wash okra. Do not cut off stems or tips of pods, but slice the pods thickly into rounds.
2. Boil in 1/2 inch water for 10 minutes. Cover the last 5 minutes or Cook the okra in a large nonstick skillet with Butter BudsÂ® until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 5 minutes. Do not overcook.
