Easy Gobi Dhal Curry

Gobi Dhal Curry has a great taste. Gobi Dhal Curry gets its taste from lentils mixed with cauliflower and chicken stock, topped with nuts. Gobi Dhal Curry is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
Ingredients
  Lentils 100 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 600 Milliliter
  Salted peanuts 50 Gram
  Desiccated coconut 25 Gram
  Mango chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower 1 Medium, broken into florets
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place the lentils in a pan and pour over cold water to cover.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and fry until softened.
Stir in the curry powder and flour and cook gently for 2 minutes.
Add the stock; peanuts, coconut, chutney and drained lentils.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the cauliflower, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
