Sate Kambing Madura

Try this delicious version of Sate Kambing Madura recipe. I am sure, once you taste this Sate Kambing Madura, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Indonesian soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Leg lamb 3 Pound, well trimmed, boned and cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except lamb in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
2. Pour half the sauce over the lamb cubes. Mix well and let stand one hour. Reserve remaining marinade for later use.
3. Preheat broiler. Arrange the lamb on small skewers, broil quickly on all sides
