Ananas Ka Muzaffar

Annanas Ka Muzaafar has a great taste. Annanas Ka Muzaafar gets its taste from rice mixed with lemon juice and flavored with pineapple essence. Annanas Ka Muzaafar is loved by many people.
  Desi ghee 100 Gram
  Basmati rice 250
  Sugar syrup 500
  Jaiphal 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 20 Milliliter
  Saffron 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple essence 2 Drop
  Cloves 4
  Ittar 3 Drop
  Cardamom 5 Small
  Pineapple 120 Gram, chopped
  Water 1 1⁄2 Liter
  Cashew nuts 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Almond flakes 2 Tablespoon, roasted
  Pistachio slivers 1 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dried grained khoya 50 Gram

Prepare a sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar in 150 ml of water.
Add the lemon juice, pineapple essence, jaiphal, ittar and saffron.
Allow the syrup to thicken.
In a pan, put the soaked rice, water, cloves, cardamoms and saffron and boil until rice is cooked.
Keep aside.
In a deep bottom dish, heat the ghee and put a few cloves and cardamom.
Spread a layer of rice, chopped pineapple and sugar syrup.
Repeat the process.
Cover the dish and seal from all sides.
Place the dish in dum or oven for 30-40 minutes.
When the dish is done, garnish with varak, khoya and cardamom powder.
