Laddu Ki Kheer

Ingredients
  Full cream milk 1 Kilogram
  Green cardamoms 4 , seeds removed and crushed to powder
  Boondi laddoo 8 (At Room Temperature)
  Almonds 15 , cut into thin slices and toasted
  Pista 12 , blanched and sliced
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon, soaked in 1 teaspoon warm water
  Warm water 1 Teaspoon
  Pomegranate seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Kernels)
Directions

Boil 1 kg milk, for about 30 minutes till it is reduced to almost half the quantity.
Add chhoti illaichi and keep in the refrigerator to chill.
At serving time, crumble 6-8 boondi laddos and add to the kheer to get the desired consistency.
Add half of the toasted almonds.
Decorate with blanched pistas and almonds.
Dot with kesar and anar ke dane.
