This Silam Ko Achar tastes incredible ! A wonderful Sikkimese pickle, it makes a mind blowing combination with Phulaurah(buckwheat fritters). Just try this Silam Ko Achar and let me know if you share my passion !
Ingredients
  Perilla 100 Gram (Silam)
  Dried chillies 5 (Pods)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Roast the Silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
Grind roasted Silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
Mix lemon juice to taste.
