Paneer Pudina Tikka has a lovely taste. Paneer Pudina Tikka gets its taste from cheese mixed with chat masala and flavored with lemon juice. Paneer Pudina Tikka is inspired by many restaurants across the globe.
Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 12
  Hung curd 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Jawitri)
  Elaichi powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilly 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kasoori methi 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Yellow chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Teaspoon
  Roasted chana powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Onion slices 4 (Roundels)
  Tomato slices 4 (Roundels)
  Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  Mint chutney 30 Gram
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together to form a marinate for the cheese balls.
Coat the cheese balls with this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Grill in a pre heated oven until a golden crust appears on the cottage cheese balls.
Sprinkle some chat masala and serve with the accompaniments.
