|Mashed ripe bananas||6|
|Sieved rice flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated jaggery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix the jaggery and the mashed bananas properly.
Add the sieved rice flour slowly into the mixture.
Fry the batter slowly in hot oil, keeping it on a medium flame.
When the pithas have turned golden brown, drain them on brown paper and serve.
