|Buckwheat powder||250 Gram|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Onion leaves||6 , finely chopped|
Make a thick batter of all the above mentioned ingredients, mixed together with 1 cup of water.
Heat oil and deep fry a tbsp of the batter at a time, until it becomes golden brown.
