Razmah is easy to make main dish recipe. Razmah gets its taste from razmah (Kidney beans) cooked with turmenic powder,ginger powder, and chilli powder. Razmah is loved by many people.
Ingredients
  Rajma 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Water 480 Milliliter (2 Glasses)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Soak the razmah overnight.
Take all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and add 2 glasses of water.
Pressure cook on high flame till whistling starts.
Lower the heat.
Cook for an hour.
Open the pressure cooker after the steam has completely come off.
Stir with ladle and serve.
