Plain Parathas

These Plain parathas are so soft and crispy. Though a simple dish, paratha making is an art and not everyone can perfect it ! But this Plain Paratha procedure looks impeccable to me. Follow this method and make some really tasty parathas for your family today.
Ingredients
  White flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Sift the flour and salt, and knead it.
Divide the dough into three balls.
Roll them out; spread about three fourths of a spoon of ghee on each.
Fold and roll out again.
Heat an iron griddle and put a little ghee on it.
Grill the parathas one at a time, on both sides.
