|White flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ghee||1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Sift the flour and salt, and knead it.
Divide the dough into three balls.
Roll them out; spread about three fourths of a spoon of ghee on each.
Fold and roll out again.
Heat an iron griddle and put a little ghee on it.
Grill the parathas one at a time, on both sides.
