Matar Batata is easy to make and has a fine taste. Matar Batata gets its taste from peas and potatoes mixed in garam masala and chili powder. Matar Batata is inspired by many food joints across the world.
|Peas||225 Gram (fresh / frozen)|
|Potatoes||225 Gram, diced|
|Onions||225 Gram, diced|
|Garam masala||1 Tablespoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
Heat the butter in a pan, add all the ingredients and stir fry for a few minutes to mix well.
Cover and cook over a low heat for about 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Stir occasionally during the cooking time to prevent sticking.
