This Indian Curry of Rice is terrific. Indian cuisine, known for its spiciness, is going to give you taste buds a challenge. I loved the strong flavors ! Let's see if your taste buds can take in the spices and emerge a winner. Don't forget to tell me even if they don't !
|Apple||1 Medium, peeled, cored and chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, diced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Chicken bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon (Count 1/2 Cup Tomato Juice)|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Cooked enriched rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In small saucepan, combine apple, green pepper and celery and cook until apples are soft and liquid almost evaporated.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except coconut extract); heat well.
Just before serving, add extract, if desired
