Shimi Ka Achar
|String bean||1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Sesame seeds||100 Gram|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Wash the string beans thoroughly and cut it into thin slanting slices.
Boil the beans for five minutes and strain it.
Roast the Sesame seeds for 3 minutes and then grind it to make a thick paste.
Fry few sliced green chillies in hot oil.
Mix the soaked beans with fried chillies, salt, lemon juice and the paste of sesame seeds.
