Everybody likes crispy fried bhindi or orka. It is simple and easy to make and taste wonderful.
1 Pound (Bhindi / Lady Finger)
1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)
1 Teaspoon (Shan)
Chop the tips and then cut it in fine pieces.
Chop onions in fine pieces.
Heat wok full of oil and fry okra.
When okra is half done, add onion.
When onion edges are brown remove it from oil.
Drain excess oil and sprinkle salt, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Fried okra is ready to be served.
Everyone may not like okra, but if these are crispy anyone would love them. The chef probably knows her audience and that's the reason she has come up with this crispy bhindi or okra recipe.
