1 Ounce (1 Heaped Tablespoon)
Ginger garlic paste
Fresh lemon juice
Red chilli powder
1⁄4 Teaspoon (Turmeric)
1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
Give slits to chicken pieces.
Add chicken, all spices, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and mix it all together.
Marinate it in refreigerator for a couple of hours.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
Flip it over after few minutes. Cover it and cook.
For the smoky barbecue effect and taste, place barbecue net on flame and place the chicken pieces over it.
Carefully turn it over from all the sides.
Put the chicken in a plate and garnish it with onion, tomatoes and coriander.
