Tamatar Aloo

Tamatar Aloo has a fine taste. Tamatar Aloo gets its taste from potatoes mixed with tomatoes and chili powder. Tamatar Aloo is inspired by many food joints across the world.
Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 225 Gram, peeled and cut into small cubes
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tomatoes 225 Gram, quartered
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and fry until they pop just a few seconds.
Add the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the spices, lemon juice, sugar and salt to taste, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, stir well, then simmer for 5-10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves to serve.
