Cucumber Raita Relish

This Cucumber Raita is a perfect summer dish, especially with spicy biriyanis when you go ooo ahhh with the hot flavors ! Don't forget this good gourd curd soothener with your meals and you'll be happy ! Just try this Cucumber Raita and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Plain raita 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Roasted cumin seeds/Pepper and mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and grated
  Ginger 1 , chopped
Directions

Mix the raita, cucumber and ginger.
Decorate with squares of chilli powder and cumin seeds or pepper and mustard powder.
Inside each square place a coriander leaf.
