This Groundnut Chikki is a compelling sweet treat ! A chewy groundnut confection, this can be easily anybody's addiction ! Just try this Groundnut Chikki and prove me wrong !
Ingredients
  Groundnut 500 Gram
  Brown sugar 200 Gram
  Sugar 100 Gram
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove the skin after roasting groundnut.
Mix sugar and brown sugar in a frying pan.
Add some water and boil the mixture.
Check its chikki like consistency.
Put it in a little water, if hard.
Mix the groundnut in the mixture.
Mix all ingredients well and pour in a greased thali.
Cut into even pieces and fill in an airtight container.
