Sev Ganthia Saag ! Aha this crunchy irresistibly seasoned gram fries are my favorite accompaniments with thepla or phulkas( you know those delicious Indian breads). I pep this up more with a bit of tomato sauce though ! I recommend this Sev Ganthia Saag as intensely lovable ! just try and find out for yourself and don't forget to tell me how you've found it !
Ingredients
  Sev 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ganthia)
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 3 Pinch
  Amchoor powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dhania powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Dissolve all dry masala in 1 cup water.
Add cumin seeds and asafoetida in heated oil and allow to boil.
Simmer for about 3-4 minutes as you add masala.
Add sugar and ganthia or sev.
Stir continuously, use chopped coriander to garnish.
