Chicken Curry Bombay

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless chicken breast halves 2 , skinned and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Del Monte® Original Style)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Del Monte®)
  New potatoes 16 Ounce, drained and cut into chunks (Whole, 1Can, Del Monte®)
  Canned cut green beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Del Monte® Blue Lake)
Directions

In large skillet, cook onion, garlic and curry in oil over medium-high heat until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes with juice and raisins; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer over medium heat 8 minutes.
Add potatoes and green beans.
Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
