Sift the flour and salt and knead it.
Divide the dough into ten or twelve balls.
Roll these out.
Spread a little stuffing on half of them and cover with the remaining.
Roll them out very lightly.
Heat a griddle and put a little ghee.
Grill the parathas one at a time.
