Choori

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Castor sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour and sugar well.
The ghee should be melted but not warm.
Add the ghee to the flour and sugar gradually, two spoonfuls at a time.
Bake the mixture for about twenty minutes in a hot oven.
Open the oven two or three times to stir the choori.
When it turns a light brown color, take it out of the oven.
