Indian Corn Stew
This indian coen stew recipe is a beef and vegetable stew recipe. Flavored with tomato soup and worcestershire sauce, the indian corn stew is simple and a filling meal when served with rice or dinner bread.
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Coarsely ground beef||1 Pound|
|Fresh corn||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook until soft.
Add meat and brown well, stirring frequently.
Add corn, tomato soup, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 1 hour.
