Snow Peas And Mushrooms With Wild Rice

Ingredients
  Wild rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot tap water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Long grain white rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Canned beef broth 21 Ounce
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh snow peas 1⁄2 Pound, sliced diagonally in thirds
  Button mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, stems removed, sliced (Use Fresh Ones)
Directions

In 2 quart casserole, place wild rice and water.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 15 minutes; stir after 7 minutes.
Drain.
Add carrots, onion, green pepper, white rice, marjoram and beef broth.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 30 to 33 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed, stirring every 10 minutes.
In 1 quart casserole, place butter, snow peas and mushrooms.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
Add snow peas and mushrooms to rice.
Mix well.
