Red Beans And Rice

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Lean ham 8 Ounce, chopped (To Taste)
  Seasoning To Taste (Without Salt)
  Cooked brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

1. Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and celery.
2. Combine all ingredients, except rice, and cook until tender. Adjust consistency with water or bouillon, if necessary.
3. Remove 1 cup beans and blend in blender. Return to bean mixture and stir until liquid is thickened.
