Gourmet Paneer Ring
|Chopped paneer||250 Gram|
|Canned chopped mixed fruit||250 Gram, chopped|
|Chopped spring onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Saffron rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix all the ingredients together except for the liquid from the canned fruit and gelatine.
Mix gelatine with 1 cup liquid and leave for 5 minutes.
Put the pan over hot water and melt the gelatine.
Add to the rest of the ingredients and pour into the ring mould.
To unmould, dip the ring mould in warm water, remove quickly and turn over on a serving platter.
Fill the cavity and surround the ring with saffron rice.
