Basil Chicken Curry

This yummy Asian chicken yummy cuury is better cooked in a simple way. Cooking it in a solar cooker is easy and yet yields wonderful results.
  Chicken breasts 2 , cubed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Fresh basil leaves 10
  Cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon

Marinate chicken with salt, curry powder, vegetable oil and pepper. Combine all ingredients except basil leaves and cilantro. Place the pan in the solar heater. Check every one hour. The dish is ready in 2 ½ hours. Garnish with basil leaves and cilantro. It can be served with rice.
