Dahi Wali Masala Roti Vaghareli Roti

I had many request to do this recipe just because when this recipe is prepared, yogurt may curdle if the recipe is not prepared right and so I thought of showing it through this video. You can use some other left over Indian breads such as Bhakri, jowar bajra roti and so on.

Ingredients

Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Dhaniya jeera powder 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Green chilli paste To Taste
Garlic paste To Taste
Curry leaf sprig 1
Water 5 Tablespoon
Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Dried red chillies 2
