Paya (Hindi: पाया) is a traditional South Asian food. It is also served at various festivals and treated to special guests and people who get together. Paaya means feet in Hindi and Urdu.

  Poppy seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomato 1 Large
  Carrot 1 Large
  Potato 1 Medium
  Beans 9 Medium
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (use as required)
  Panner 200 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ginger garlic paste To Taste
  Masala To Taste (paya)
  Salt To Taste
