Easy and tasty evening snack, Corn Kebab.
Ingredients
  Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boiled, peeled and mashed
  Bread slice 1 Large
  Cloves 2
  Cinnamon piece 1⁄4 Inch
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Green cardamom powder 1 Pinch
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 12
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green chillies 3 , finely chopped
  Mint leaves To Taste, finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Poha 2 Tablespoon (Thick variety)
